One may strongly argue that mistakes are good; that is the
mistakes we make enable us learn in order to be better next time or not do the
same thing again the same way (sums up to the idea of being a better person). Another
argues that making mistakes are very wrong in the sense that it’s better or more
preferable if we don’t engage in things we are not aware of or have no prior
experience or knowledge about, than to do those things and make mistakes that
are at times irreversible in the process. Although, looking at the issue from
different angles, personalities and series of experiences, their insights might
not be totally wrong. But the third alternative which is of my personal
drafting stands on the notion that gains satisfaction from the idea that
mistakes are a form of good learning experience as long as it isn’t your own personal
experience. You gain better knowledge and ideas by learning from other people’s
mistakes, on what you should do or not do, on which path you should take or not
and on what limitation of yours you can develop on.
Another failed person’s shortcoming,
which is what I call innovation which is basically building up on an already
existing idea as a means of modifying it to make it your own.
It takes more time to generate idea/ideas from the grassroot
i.e. the drawing board, but due to the blessing brought about by globalization to
our very doorstep, you can easily pick up on an already identified idea and innovate
it to your taste in such a way as to derive maximum benefits and satisfaction from
it.
Innovating an already existing idea isn’t a crime because am sure you don’t
get to sit back on your ass using an already generated idea without properly
researching it as a way to finding ways to manipulate it in order to make it
work for you. If successful, this actually can be a very satisfying
accomplishment.
So therefore folks of today; keep searching, keep being
hungry for I believe that there truly is an idea out there that’s worth
innovating on.
Godspeed On Our Search For A
Desired End!!!
